These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "the User", "you") and pk okay ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pk okay website located at pk-okay.club, including all associated pages, game interfaces, cashier functions, promotional features, and customer support channels (collectively, "the Platform").

By creating a pk okay account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any service offered through the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

pk okay reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and pk okay. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

The Platform is operated for the entertainment of adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English. References to "BDT" or "৳" throughout these Terms denote Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency in which all transactions on the Platform are processed.

To access the full range of services offered by pk okay — including depositing funds, placing wagers, and withdrawing winnings — you must register a personal account through the pk okay Login page. Registration is free of charge.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to promptly update any information that changes after registration to ensure it remains accurate at all times. pk okay is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

Each individual may hold only one account on the pk okay Platform. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, different device identifiers, or any other method of circumvention — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified, pk okay reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all associated wagers and winnings, and permanently ban the relevant individual from the Platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. pk okay will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure, whether through negligence, deliberate disclosure, or otherwise.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk okay immediately by contacting [email protected]. We will investigate promptly and may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure pending investigation. During any such suspension, no deposits, wagers, or withdrawals will be possible.

pk okay uses SMS verification to protect player accounts. When a login attempt is detected from a new device or from an IP address not previously associated with your account, a one-time verification code will be sent to the mobile number registered on your account. This code must be entered to complete the login. You must ensure that your registered mobile number remains current and accessible to you.

pk okay offers a range of bonuses, free spins, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over this section.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds awarded by pk okay are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using the bonus balance before a withdrawal request can be processed. For example, a wagering requirement of 30x applied to a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in total qualifying wagers must be completed.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions on the pk okay Platform unless the promotion-specific terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, device, and IP address. Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts or through coordinated play with other accounts will result in all bonus balances being voided and the accounts involved being closed.
• Bonus funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion-specific terms. Unused bonus funds that expire at the end of the validity period are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, table games, and poker games may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%). Specific contribution rates are listed in the promotion-specific terms.
• pk okay reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice where there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or technical error.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering-and-withdrawal process.
• Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus balance is active. Placing single wagers that exceed the stated maximum bet while a bonus is active may result in that bonus being voided.

Either you or pk okay may initiate the closure of your pk okay account. The process and consequences differ depending on which party initiates the closure and the circumstances surrounding it.

Voluntary closure by the player: If you wish to close your pk okay account voluntarily, please contact [email protected] with your account details and a clear request for account closure. Before processing a voluntary closure, pk okay will confirm that there are no outstanding wagers, pending withdrawal requests, or active bonus balances subject to wagering requirements. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following verification of your identity. Account closure requests are typically actioned within 48 hours.

Closure by pk okay for Terms violations: pk okay reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at any time where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms. Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, bonus abuse, or other serious violations, pk okay reserves the right to retain all funds held in the account at the time of closure. You will be notified of the closure by email.

Self-exclusion closure: Players who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion through our Responsible Gaming page or by contacting support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, your account is locked, all marketing communications are stopped, and reactivation is not possible until the exclusion period has ended (except for permanent exclusions, which are irreversible). Any real-money balance held at the time of self-exclusion will be returned to you.

Inactive accounts: An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. pk okay will notify you by email before applying any inactivity policy to your account. Players are advised to log in and contact support if they wish to reactivate an inactive account or retrieve any remaining balance.

The pk okay Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in maintaining a reliable, fast, and secure service, pk okay does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and circumstances beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect service availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk okay and its directors, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical failure, game error, or system outage.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking institution.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.
• Any interruption or cessation of the Platform caused by circumstances outside pk okay's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, internet infrastructure failures, or denial-of-service attacks.

In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome — whether resulting in an incorrect payout or the prevention of a legitimate win — pk okay will investigate and resolve the matter in accordance with the records held on our servers. Our server records shall be the definitive record of all game outcomes and transactions. Where a game is interrupted before completion and no settlement is possible, all wagers placed in that game round will be returned to the players' accounts.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits pk okay's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from your use of the pk okay Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
